Location, decent room size for 2 adults 2 children, good breakfast, clean, easy to park close to the apartment, walking distance to the center

Excellent location and friendly staff. Despite the rather limited selection of food, the breakfast was tasty. Guests of the hotel also receive a 10% discount at the restaurant located on the waterfront.
