The service was the best I’ve ever had! Everyone in the hotel was really kind and they had a solution for every situation. The restaurant was great as well and the location was very convenient. I’d recommend this place with or without kids.

I had a very good time in hotel Ramsis. People from the reception were very nice and helpful. The cleaning lady, Fatima, was very helpful and nice. She could help me in everything I needed and always with a big smile. Houssam the taxi driver is a plus aswell, he took me to every place I wanted, if you go to Nador ask the reception to put you in contact with him, very good prices and safe. The guys in the restaurant were very nice, even when they couldn't speak foreign languages, they do their best to understand you and help you. Thanks to all of you in hotel Ramsis, one day I will be back

I arrived at the hotel with many problems to solve, and the staff there helped me with everything. Especially Sheima, who was very polite and patient, and who helped me with everything, always with a smile on her face. The accommodation is beautiful, a new apartment, well located, good bathroom and shower, equipped kitchen, and a good and well-served breakfast. Excellent place to stay.
