We had a very pleasant stay at Gran Hotel Panamericana Mérida. The beds were comfortable, and the room and bathroom were both spacious. The location is excellent, right in the centre, and we could easily walk to places of interest. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. The hotel also has modern touches, with good air conditioning and strong hot water pressure. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service.

Very nice hotel with pool. The rooms are very generous and nice. The bed it’s very very comfortable. It has a parking lot which it’s very handy if you have a car.
