They have a wide variety selection of breakfast and we really liked it! The staff are approachable and superb. It was one of the final nights to witness the Northern Lights before summer took over the skies and we got to see them just right outside the hotel.

A nice hotel directly at the lake Myvatn shore, standard double room is comfortable with regular bed, good mattresses. Clean bathroom, enough space in the shower. Breakfast was phenomenal for Iceland accommodations. We had fresh waffles, variety of ham, cheese, bread (also local rye bread, which was delicious). Marinated herring, smoked fish, bacon &eggs, fruit salad, yogurt and cereals. The hotel also has thermal baths or pool, which was available until 10 p.m. (we didn’t use it)

This location was pretty perfect, couldn't be better and the beds were quite comfortable. Definitely had everything we needed for just one night. Breakfast was good too and plenty of options. We really enjoyed the hot tubs as well and the little gift shop/microbrewery across the street was cute!

Friendly staff, hot tub and sauna were nice. Room was comfortable and breakfast was plentiful and varied, including eggs, sausage, fish, and geyser bread. Good wifi.
