Everything was absolutely perfect!! The landlord, Giannis , was super friendly and super polite. He was also very knowledgeable about telling us where to go and want to see.!! Highly recommended !!the rooms are close to the town center five minutes by car and probably a 20 minute walk but a very pleasant walk ! Great value for money !!

We chose this place as two families. We arrived to the island by ferry from Ayvalik. Our room was just as pictured; we didn't encounter any surprises. The staff were very hospitable. On the first day, they offered ice tea because our room was ready half an hour late. Then grapes and a bagel with cheese servised (these were distributed to all the guests) Overall, we were pleased.

Good communication with the host. We set our room preference and he immediately catered to our needs. Good location near city center (5' by car) and parking around the premises was without hassle. Quiet neighborhood at night. The host is a very kind person and gave us some good tips for excursions and places worth visiting for food/drink 👍👍👍 for the close by tavern. The room had ample space and had adequate furnishings and fixtures. Good new mattress.

My husband, our little girl and I stayed here. The studio had everything we needed. There was a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, a kitchen with everything we needed, and of course air conditioning in every room. The washing machine was great as we travelled light; even the detergent was provided. Even though there is no car park, you can park your car nearby without any problems. It is walkable to the centre, but it is a bit long with a child. There is a small but delicious pastry shop nearby. The owner, John, is a successful businessman. His local recommendations were unbiased and accurate. The treats he offered us when we arrived were a kind gesture. Most importantly, he went out of his way to bring the glasses we had forgotten in the apartment all the way to where we were staying (almost 20 minutes by motorbike). I highly recommend it.
