It's a brand new place so it is very nice and clean and fresh. No ugly stains or such. It's clean, no dust. homely because you have plates and a microwave and a tv. Heater was good, which I've said before is a good draw for me. Spacious also if you like that sort of thing, which I do. The location wasn't a big factor for us because we needed to get to the train station in the morning but I imagine for somebody who wants to be close to the highway, it is a big draw.
