Very comfortable and spacious apartment, well set up kitchen and large bathroom. Excellent central location just a few minutes walk from shops, pub, cafes, supermarket etc., also close to parklands along the creek.

The location of the property but it is next to a warehouse from where Forklifts operates early morning

We had far too many communications from the property manager. One related to non payment. When I rang to query, the system was blamed. Two related to garbage night and referred to the instruction in the folder and on the refrigerator. The instructions in the folder applied to 2022.
