The fine print
Guests must be at least 22 years old to check in and confirm reservation.Upon booking, a rental agreement will be sent to the guest, which must be signed and emailed back to the property management company within 72 hours of confirmed booking reservation. If the guest does not sign the rental agreement within this timeframe, the property management company reserves the right to request Booking.com to cancel the reservation. This action can be taken at any point up until check-in, without incurring any cost or penalty to the property management company for failure by guest to comply with this requirement.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
