The owner was very accessible to answer questions throughout the process. They also left a manual of information about the property which was helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and labeled so it was easy to find what you were looking for. The extra refrigerator and the washer and dryer were super convenient for our family. It was a short walk to the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of 12 as we were able to divide up by "family" on two bedroom floors. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. The game room being just off the living room allowed us to keep an eye on the children when we were cooking and otherwise visiting with each other in the family room. There was plenty of parking for our vehicles.
