Studio 38 was peaceful & quiet, typical of a country setting looking out across the horse paddocks, shower was instantly hot with excellent water pressure. Bed & pillows very comfortable. The provision of shampoo & conditioner in the Bathroom would be a welcome addition as it wasn't provided. It was a very rainy night so we weren't able to venture outside at the property. Owner was very friendly & introduced herself on our arrival. Highly recommend meal at Ottilies Restaurant in Mullumbimby. We thoroughly enjoyed our Pizza, French Onion Soup & Carpaccio of Kingfish. Our one night was very comfortable.

The location was beautiful and quiet. The apartment was super comfy and had everything we needed for a few nights stay. It was very clean and well furnished.

Clean, comfortable and private; quiet location. Would recommend arriving during daylight hours (if possible) as roads have no street lighting. Very patchy mobile phone coverage (Telstra). Beautiful area, ideal place to unplug and unwind.
