It’s a lot of space, a lot of kitchen stuff, it’s clean, beautiful view and beautiful neighbourhood. Our family loved to stay at this villa.

Absolutely super villa outside of Alicante, could easily sleep 9 with 1 x Double and 7 x Single Beds spread out across 2 floors. Complete with an excellent, well equipped kitchen, large sitting room and 3 bedrooms (one with ensuite) plus a bathroom on the upper floor and 2 bedrooms, one of which could also be used as a large living area as it is spacious and has a TV, and bathroom on the lower floor. Upper floor has high quality AC all around. In a lovely rural feeling location while maintaining the safety of having neighbours within a gated community. Just a 10 minute walk away you can find a local shop which sells most essentials, a couple of restaurants, a wine bar and a really nice, good value Irish bar. The local stray cats are all immaculately cared for and in great health, a joy to see, it must be a real team effort from the locals. They are so well fed and looked after that they didn't ask us for food once! Taxis to Alicante are approx €20-€30 and to Benidorm €60-€70 (September 2023) using the PideTaxi App (a must for collection from the villa) and local taxis for return from the towns. We met both owners of the villa at check in and check out, they are lovely people and left plenty of ways to contact them if we had any issues through our stay. Plenty of clean towels provided for bathroom and beach/pool use and a washing machine and drying rack for use if we needed anything cleaned. Kitchen is also equipped with 2 large fridge freezers and a dishwasher. The pool isn't huge but is more than adequate for great fun, and plenty deep (approx 1.8m) for jumping in. The terrace is well equipped with lots of seats, a BBQ and sun loungers. We had a great stay, highly recommend!
