The view, the staff and their service. It was half board as well, so the dinner and breakfast were excellent. Really personalised support and helpful staff. Some of the rooms have amazing views, and the bonfire was nice as well.

I was in Mussoorie during the cloudburst period and genuinely appreciated how the hotel staff treated us. Their concern for each guest was remarkable, and they advised us not to leave until we received official information from the authorities. The hotel offered us a complimentary stay due to the massive landslide, assuring us that we would be their guests for as long as necessary. They truly meant it. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable, relaxing, and homely. I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Vinod Kandari, Mr. Rawat, and the other front desk staff. The best part is that the hotel is very close to Mall Road, and the property is well-maintained. Last but not least, the food is delicious, tasty, and, most importantly, hygienic.
