PAN card will not be considered as proof.Please note that the property doesn't have a lift.As part of our scheduled maintenance, we are refreshing some parts of our hotel including the Open Terrace Area, Conference Hall and Rooms. We have made suitable arrangements to offer this facility to you at an alternate location in the hotel and assure you the best of our services. We regret the inconvenience caused.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. All the staff were willing to please and very pleasant. We felt personally cared for by all. We had all our meals in the hotel. Sandeep Rawat the restaurant manager and Subhash the chef gave us personal service and cooked dishes to our requirements very well. We felt we were ‘at home’ all the time we were there.

It's great property with good views from valley view rooms, great food and very friendly staff. Select if you are visiting Mussoories. Bang on start of mall road.

Excellent property. Views from the valley view rooms are marvelous. Daily breakfast is very very tastey. Staff is very polite and friendly. Location is bang on library chowk. Get a scooty at the mussoorie library bldg for entire day for merely rupee 1k or less. Fill the tank with rupee 200 petrol and head to all famous spots. On your own vehicle is great thrill.
