Had a great stay at Arden house,hosts were very good and nothing was too much trouble.The breakfast choice was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Really friendly, the breakfast in the basket outside the room door, great idea, so lovely too. Great peaceful location bus stop outside perfect for getting into Edinburgh. Clean room facilities are excellent.Fresh water and room refreshed .

Spacious, well furnished and comfortable, nice and quiet. Hosts friendly and helpful. Location excellent for buses. Will return.

The house is really cute with some Agatha Christie ambiance. Alice and Kevin are really welcoming and helpful. We loved to chit-chat. I felt that conversation could go longer. They offered to bring us to the train station to avoid us paying too much money on taxi to go back to the airport, saving us some £ while not even losing much time at the end. We went on an early tour, and they made us an early breakfast. Communication with Alice was easy and simple. We felt like home, even if we paid for it. The room we were in was cute, simple, just what we needed. When we chose to come here instead of closer to the city, maybe cheaper hotel, we hoped for a more humane, authentic experience, and it's absolutely what we got ! We couldn't have had a nicer stay. It's definitely an address to keep for a potential other stay
