Outstanding property offering exceptional high quality accommodation. Location convenient for Bilboa ferry. Part of the property overlooks the unsightly petroleum site but it did not detract from the positive experience.

We had a large balcony, half enclosed, which protected us from rain but also felt open and airy. The room was very charming, comfortable, and renovated with good taste. Also the owner was very kind and helpful in our communication.

Immaculately clean, modern and spacious with a large and comfortable bed. There is plenty of hanging space and storage space. There is a very good shower. There is a very effective ceiling fan, so we recommend using this if it is warm, rather than opening windows and allowing mosquitoes in. For cyclists, the accommodation is quite convenient for accessing the B1R1 bike route to the north, which goes into Portugalete and to the Gondola bridge.
