Excellent hotel with excellent service. I left my telephone in the city taxi on silent mode and almost said goodbye to it, but the hotel staff investigated the cameras records, found out the number of taxi, contacted police in order to find the driver telephone number, contacted the driver and asked him to come back and to bring me back the telephone! Remarkable experience! So nice people who really helped me in my very difficult situation!

We loved everything about the property. It was beautiful, grand and elegant. We decided to stay at W Muscat because we wanted a short paradise getaway, and the hotel provided us just that. The pool and bar areas were beautiful (though I wish it had deeper sections). The room was bright, comfortable and spacious. Everything was spotless and clean — not just the bathroom, bathtubs and rooms but all of the facilities. We came during Eid holidays, and they were very helpful in letting us know information about food and alcohol rules at the time. The restaurant and Siddharta bar were aesthetically pleasing and beautiful. We tried an Iftar Buffet and two days of breakfast. Frankly, the Iftar buffet was disappointing, as most of the food was just ok and kind of cold. We would not recommend the Iftar buffet, but would recommend you to try the breakfast once. Just your typical breakfast, but the pastries and desserts saved it! Amazinggg danish pastries and sweet things. Service was top notch, the housekeeping, front office, waiters and waitresses. Safe to say, apart from the food, we had a smashing time at W Muscat!

It was our 5th time in this hotel in 3 years. We specifically come here: we like the location, it is close to the airport, the hotel is next to the longest beach in Muscat. A number of good dining places are next to the hotel.

The property is amazing. Fantastic location and the interiors are absolutely beautiful. One can notice the attention to detail with the design and quality. All staff were very warm and welcoming. Overall loved the stay.

Reception staff helpful and welcoming - Prompt in ordering taxis Concierge extremely helpful in explaining details of various excursions, particularly Sunil. Pool area clean and relaxing. Well maintained and definitely felt premium Ordered food everyday from wet deck, thoroughly enjoyed it and very tasty Pool staff were very attentive I.e. providing bottled water regularly and also they were very friendly and welcoming everyday Great room (fabulous room) with good facilities. Well cleaned everyday by Alam-Ravindhar TV could be upgraded to smart features e.g. to enable streaming services Great selection of food at breakfast Staff very attentive and kind and cleaned plates away promptly

Fabulous so beautiful hotel with an amazing very welcoming professional staff . Iftar at the Harvest restaurant it was so delicious with the big selection of food . Big thank you to all restaurant very friendly so professional staff especially to chef Ahmed , to Mithaa, Pathum , Arif , Siddharth , Abanoub, Ambed, Ankit, Leila, Isabella , Paul and Ginesses . I can’t wait to come back ! Highly recommended!
