Please note that guests are required to carry the card used to pay/book the accommodation and present it upon check-in at the hotel. Failure to comply with these requirements entitles The Chedi Muscat to deny accommodation and any other services without any liability.Where VAT is payable by the Guest under this agreement, in terms of the Oman VAT law and Executive Regulations, the consideration for the supply shall be increased by an amount equal to the amount of VAT applicable at the prevailing rate at the time the supply is made.For stay overlapping 31 December 2023, there will be New Year's Eve gala dinner at OMR 165 including 17% taxes, service charge and 5% VAT. A 50% discount for children under the age of 15 years will be applied. Children below 06 years will not be charged.Please note that during the summer season, minor maintenance work may take place in certain areas of the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The staff were exceptional from our very late check in (after 1am) to our very late check out at 5pm. They were all so helpful and accommodating to all our queries. Big shout out to the concierge team who managed to secure us a rental car within an hr of our request, despite it being a holiday. As it was the summer and consequently the 'off season' we also felt like we had all the gorgeous facilities to ourselves.

Everything, the staff were incredible, the food amazing ( could not believe the Friday buffet), the pools were fantastic and the location is great. We loved Oman and the Chedi.
