The most comfortable bed I have slept in in six weeks of travel. Friendly helpful staff. Pool, Proximity to restaurants beach and Qurum Shatti.

Good hotel with choice of eating in the restaurant or bar in the Qurm area of Muscat. The bar food is good but it is very noisy after 10.00 pm when the live music starts. The room and bathroom were clean and of a decent size. Helpful attentive staff on reception. If you want a change of hotel bar the Crowne Plaza is a 10 minute walk along a road with pavement and street lighting. There are usually taxis outside the hotel if you want to go to other areas of Muscat and reception staff will give you an idea of how much you should expect to pay.

The location was excellent, and the staff was kind and attentive. However, there are some points that could be improved: Breakfast Experience: The breakfast room offered a lovely view of the sea. However, the buffet could be better maintained. Items like tea/coffee cups, maple syrup for pancakes, Nutella, and jams were often missing and not promptly replenished. Room Amenities: The provision of bottled water and a selection of black and green teas, as well as coffee, was much appreciated. Overall, while there were some inconveniences, the kindness of the staff and the thoughtful room amenities were notable positives. Addressing these issues could greatly enhance the guest experience.
