The manager Mr/Yasser Al Baloushi is smart & professional & helpful.. he is so nice .. Also miss/ Sanaa the director for the room service staff is so professional & so helpful.. she is so nice .. also Mr,/ Salem from the reception is so welcoming and professional .. also Mr. Islam from the cleaning staff is so professional. And Mr. Fernando from the coffee shop ( waiter ) is so professional & welcoming man
