The room was enormous! It gave me so much nostalgia! Very late 80s early 90s Mansion. I loved everything about the stay. My two kids loved running around the outdoor spaces. And I enjoyed the smell of the old cupboards in the giant walk in closet. The beds were very spacious and comfortable. The place was super quiet. It felt like we were the only ones there, even though I witnessed a few other guests. The bathroom was clean and updated. There was no official check in lobby, just a kind and lovely lady named Fatemeh who showed us around. She didn't speak much English, but she was so friendly and we communicated through WhatsApp if we needed anything. I will definitely stay again and recommend this place to my friends who are passing through Muscat.

The room is very large, clean and comfortable. We felt ourselves as in our home. The Manager is very kind and always accessible.

A really nice neighborhood quiet and safe only a ten minute walk to Qurum beach the highly recommended ramssa restaurant is close by and a a grocery store,local kebab shop,and a laundry service just behind the local mosque a great to stay in muscat if you prefer a quiet and relaxed alternative... recommended.
