The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view to Mt Warning was good. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. We found a good spot to keep our bicycles safe.

Room was clean and comfortable and a good size . Very warm on a cool night. Late check in was easy and well explained. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets Parking was easy and close to room.
