ALL WAS GREAT. EXCEPT THE HOUSING STAFF AT PROPERTY WERE UNFREINDLY, BUT THE SUPPORT STAFF AT THE BOOKING.COM PORTAL WAS AMAZING. FOR EXAMPLE I WAS REFUSED BY THE STAFF FOR AN EXTRA MATTRESS SAYING NOT AVAILABLE AND WE DONT ENTERTAIN CLIENTS AT THIS HOUR BUT AS SOON I TEXTED SUPPORT ON BOOKING.COM THE MATTRESS MAGICALLY APPEARED. REST AMAZING PROPERTY AND VIEWS.

It is an amazing place. Best value for money I have ever found in Murree, and I have been going there for 25 years. The accommodation is comfortable, and the staff helpful. The views are to die for. Located a 10 min drive from Mall Road as well, and 25 min to Patriata.
