Location is appropriate if planning to go to the pipeline track from Ayubia as its almost an 18 min drive to Ayubia. Parking is secure and gated. The beautiful pic on booking.com of the lawn with tables and chairs is not available. Infact any guests not living on the ground floor are not allowed to access the lawns. There is NO room service. Food has to be ordered and served in the dining hall. NO WiFi. GM Mr. Faisal and the staff is courteous and helpful. Bathrooms are clean updated with instant geaser and hot water. Complimentary Breakfast is good but limited choices. I would stay here again mainly for location, quietness of the Changla gali, comfort of the room and reasonable staff behavior.

Food is amazing. View is exceptional. Staff is mostly very friendly . Very clean.
