The property is in a beautiful location and run by a couple and their grandchildren. The family is so sweet and take care of you very well. They also prepare good food and guide you with everything. The have the warmest smiles. I stayed there 2 days and felt like home. The room and washrooms are very clean. And the views from the bedroom, dining rooms and washrooms are worth everything. I would highly recommend

Probably the best place to be in Ushguli! We came for 4 days, immediately extended to a week. It's unbelievable how soothing is it to sleep listening to the river. We enjoyed hiking around the area, which you can do as soon as you step out of the door. Even though I didn't speak the same language with the owner, her smile warmed my heart every time. It definitely felt like home and a bit heartbreaking to leave. Thank you for everything, for the tasty food, for the most peaceful place on earth and for your hospitality. Hope to see you soon!

The guest house is situated in Murkmeli part of Ushguli, a short walk from Tamar Tower. The hosts, Mzia and Enver, were exceptionally friendly, warm and accommodating. The authentic, lovingly restored Svanetian house provides a genuine rural experience in a stunning, unspoilt part of the world: our two wooden rooms backed onto a mountain stream and a green mountain slope; the shared toilet and shower room were very clean. Our meals (we had dinner and breakfast) were abundant, home-made and tasty. We are very grateful to our hosts for their kindness and hospitality and are feeling lucky we have visited Ushguli.
