This is a great accommodation in a top location. Everything is within walking distance, which makes exploring the area very easy and enjoyable. The property itself is very charming, the bedroom was excellent, and overall the place felt welcoming and well kept. What surprised me a bit in an otherwise really pleasant stay was the bathroom setup. There was no hand soap available, neither from the dispenser nor a simple bar of soap. For brushing teeth, only a paper cup was provided, and when I asked for a glass, I received a plastic cup instead. There is a microwave available in the hallway, but it is quite loud and there is no proper tableware provided. I also missed having a kettle or even a simple mug available anywhere. On the positive side, there is a porter available, including at night, which adds a nice level of comfort and security. Housekeeping is reliable and the beds are made regularly. Overall, a very nice place with an excellent location, a few small details could be improved to make the stay even better.

We really liked the location of Pension Segura, in the area El Carmen, close to the city centre but far enough to have enough space and peace away from the noise of the city. The staff were fantastic, particularly Ainoa the receptionist, very sweet and kind. We also really liked that the staff were friendly and we could borrow the hairdryer (rooms don't have their own) and they sell water and other drinks cheaper than the bar downstairs. We also liked the breakfast option is very affordable (£3.90) and the cafe downstairs have really good typical food, very good price and very good customer service too.

Because it was such a busy week, I was given their attached apartment, which was so cute and spacious, absolutely perfect. Check-in was easy and they let me leave my backpack at the desk for a few hours after check-out. Perfect location in between the Renfe station and the old town.
