Poor first impression due to scaffolding on building and entrance doorway very basic. However the reception was clean and pleasant, the receptionist was very helpful and helped change our first impression of the hotel. The room could not be faulted. I think this hotel was a great find.

The hotel is alongside a busy road but you are not bothered by it during sleeping. Our room had access to the balcony that you share with four other rooms. No problem as you can easily lock off your room via the electric blinds. Also quite handy to darken the room as the curtains are not very dark and don't close very good. The hotel has a separate garage for bikes as we were informed beforehand through quite direct messages and responses. Apart from that there is not a lot of facilities the hotel offers other than cold drinks from a central fridge and a small aircon unit that works with water in the room (we didn't try it though). No fridges or coffeemaker in the room. Simple amenities in the bathroom.

Very easy to find and not too far to carry our bags. Free coffee available in dining room.
