A truly heartwarming stay at Riverroots! My stay at Riverroots on Mundro Island was absolutely wonderful. Host Karun made us feel like family from the moment we arrived — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The place was spotless and well-maintained. Every meal was home-cooked, fresh and tasty. We enjoyed a wonderful boating experience,which made the trip more special. The peaceful surroundings, clean rooms.This trip one of the most memorable I’ve had. If you’re looking for a homestay that’s cozy, clean, and full of heart, Riverroots is the place. Highly recommended!

Loved the stay.. it felt very peaceful after a long..travelled solo and had a very good day at the riverrootstay and also the kayaking & canoi ride was superb!! Best peaceful solo trip!!

A wonderful homestay experience in Munroe Island! The family was incredibly warm and welcoming, making the stay feel very personal. A special highlight was being invited to join them for a local temple festival with their whole family—such a unique and memorable experience. They also serve delicious homemade food, and Karun was happy to arrange a peaceful boat tour through the baclwaters.
