The slogan family hotel is totally not the case. The restaurant to expensive for families and the family pool is dangerous for children because the floor inside the pool is damaged. The other roof top pool is amazing. Very sad that the complete package of the hotel is not like this area. The rooms are nice and comfortable. For that price I would not come back.

Nice hotel but far from Munnar and a car is recommended to be independant. Rooms are in front of mountains. Very good indian restaurant at groundfloor. Missing roof top bar and activities.

We LOVED this stay, It was perfect for what we needed. The views were incredible, the staff were lovely and so helpful. Food and the two restaurants were tasty. The roof top pool was 'WOW' factor and we left feeling very chilled. Book this hotel you won't regret it!

Stunning location and views and very helpful and kind staff throughout. Having lunch at the Underground restaurant on the terrace overlooking the mountains was very special. The spa was wonderful and relaxing, the breakfast was wonderful (the masala dosa was a highlight for me) and the hotel driver Mr Mount was so friendly and knowledgeable on the transfer from Fort Kochi. For those that enjoy a glass of wine, we had read the hotel is alcohol free so we stopped on the way (Mr Mount helped us) and purchased a bottle that we could enjoy on our balcony during sunset. Don’t let that put you off! This place is truly worth the visit!

The food and the facilities are very good. The location is spectacular and the views are amazing. The only thing they can improve is the wifi connection, it’s unstable and you have to reconnect every day to use it

Lovely hotel, clean spacious rooms with good AC and facilities. The pool area is really nice and as pictured, the views are amazing. Staff are friendly, professional and speak good English. The food in the restaurant is excellent.
