I had a truly wonderful experience at Pleasant Hill Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm smiles and attentive service. They were always ready to help with anything I needed, and their professionalism really stood out. The ambience of the hotel is simply beautiful — tastefully decorated, cozy, and elegant, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Whether you're in the lobby, restaurant, or your room, every space is thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. The food was an absolute highlight of my stay. Every meal was delicious, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented. There was a great variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes. I especially enjoyed the local dishes and the chef's special recommendations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great hospitality, amazing food, and a comfortable, inviting environment. I can’t wait to come back.

Staff is very polite. Location is a bit far from Munnar but it is a good location and easily accessible. It has a very peaceful environment. Non-veg food is also very nice.
