I Dr. H.M.Nowshad Ali khan stayed for 5 days at Grand Plaza Hotel -Munnar with my family.. really the stay was amazing .. As we went in peak vacation time , price was bit high . But we really enjoyed the stay . The hotel. restaurant, rooms and other amenities are neat and clean . Especially the staff support / hospitability was good . We Like the backyard where there is a flowing small river .. its at the center of Munnar old town where you can find taxies and shops easily

it is close by annaporna veg restaurant. As tamilian diet Annaporana is good and value for money. Staff was freindly , clean rooms and safe. Good value for money. Near city but good location along lake and good scenic location.

Overall the hotel is very good. Location is excellent and staff hospitality and service was very good. Icing on the cake was the High tea and local authentic food cooking session. Best for family. Location of hotel was good. Many shops nearby. The river view from the room was good and refreshing.
