It was so welcoming and we felt right at home. The staff were incredible and super helpful. The activities were great and location beautiful with amazing food. We had a great time at spa and the naturalist was very knowledgeable and the walk was amazing.

The balcony room is very comfortable and has a fantastic view of the valley and tea plantation. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at on our Indian adventure.
