The people at the reservation were friendly while professional. They informed us about the public transport options thoroughly, so it was a smooth start to our holiday in München. The room was super clean and the beds were quite comfy with just the right hardness (I wish I could get the brand of the mattress). The location was well connected to the city center and oktoberfest area. We didn't have any problems about the hotel honestly.
