Beautiful hotel inside! Very quirky and unique. Love the bar area, friendly and helpful staff. Was nice to relax in the evening with a wine and a pizza and listen to ruby radio!! Rooms are lovely, bright and airy and everything we needed. The bed was long and comfortable. The communal coffee area was a great idea and very impressed with the selection of coffees and teas. My only issue was the noise outside the room which wasn’t the hotels fault. Have started to look at Ruby hotels in other locations now as we loved it so much!

Strange to be asked “would you prefer to have a glass of wine or you room cleaned daily”!!! Perfect staff and music for 30-40 years old travellers. I was hoping for something better…

Great location when train travelling. Really cool furnishings. Lovely staff. Really comfortable bed. Well sound proofed room. Very comfortable and relaxed bar area.

Loved the hotel - great location - very near the main station and a REWE supermarket. Close to the main hop on/hop off bus tour stop. Also on the same side of the station as the old town, which was very handy at night as the station is huge! The styling of the hotel was fabulous and the staff were lovely. We really liked the hotel - the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable!

The Breakfast was heavy on fruit, Yoghurt and muesli with lots of topping. There was both coffee ready to go or a table order service and a good choice of breads and spreads. Not much in the way of hot food - boiled egg or Weisswurst but no matter. The hotel has a good bar (where breakfast is served) and an auto check-in and out service. Beds were comfortable as was the temperature. The location is pretty good and a close walk to many of Munich's attractions.

The shower. Shower products / moisturiser. The bar was good but once we went out it wasn’t where you would return until going to bed so had a drink on arrival that was excellent but never returned. It’s close to an underground but this didn’t help on the way with our heavy suitcase. Take care there are 2 Rossi hotels.

The rooms are modern and everything works as intended. Dimmable lights, automatic windows and a smart TV which you are able to connect with your phone and stream are a great value add. Rooms look exactly how are presented on booking.

Beautiful staff, lovely breakfast, great location, super comfortable. Clean. The vending machines with supplies and coffee making facilities were very helpful. Extremely close to trams and metro.
