Great location, friendly and helpful staff, easy access to the public transport and walking distance to the city centre. Room was spacious and the hotel restaurant was great. A special thank you to Aida joon for being super friendly and helpful; she made our stay even more enjoyable!

I have to say I could not find fault in this hotel all round a lovely place to stay and the spa is top class The staff can’t do enough for you and are very attentive for us all the staff speck good English which was a bonus
