Everything about this hotel was perfect for our stay. You can check-in online before arriving which saves you time at the reception. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was gorgeous: a nice view, kitchen was well equipped, comfortable beds, huge and clean bathroom. There's a grocery store just next to the hotel. There's a lot of amenities provided in the hotel: gym, a games room, a terrace bar, a library, multiple 'exhibition' rooms to take pics and hang out, a movie room, a restaurant and co-working space. Most importantly for us they had a laundry service which was very much needed after a rainy few days. You can store your luggage at the hotel after check out for no additional fee. I would love to stay here again if I revisit Munich :)

This Hotel has exceeded my expectations. Let us consider all the pros: -Staff: they were really friendly. Always trying to help and very professional. -Check-in/out: if you do not do the online check-in, it takes a while when arriving, but nothing too tedious. Check-out also quite smooth. -The Hotel: it is very modern and clean. You have several ways to reach the city center. In front of the hotel there is both the S-Bahn and the U-Bahn. Hence, it is very well connected. -The Room: it was really nice and spacious. Comfy beds. I personally enjoyed the kitchen and three bathrooms. -Laundry room: you have washing machines and dryers in the basement. You need to download an app, but it is quite straight forward. -Miscellaneous: there is a Rewe supermarket and a Rossmann right next to the hotel. Very convenient to buy groceries and other stuff.

Everything was good about this hotel and we had a great time staying there. Staff were very friendly, hotel rooms had everything one might need, it was clean everywhere. Beds were comfortable, furniture was new, and our view from the 14th floor was just pure bliss! Metro station is 20m from the hotel’s entrance, lobby was very cozy. Food at the restaurant was delicious! Elevators were quick. Everything really was on point!
