We really appreciated the comfort of the beds — they were exceptionally cozy and made our stay much more pleasant. Even though the third bed was a sofa bed, it was still fine to sleep on. The room was quiet at night, which helped us rest well. We stayed for four nights in October, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping the room warm and comfortable. Although the hotel is located outside the city center, it’s well connected — there’s a bus stop right next to the hotel, and the metro station is just 1 to 3 stops away, which made getting around very easy.

We stayed here for the weekend to visit the Oktoberfest. There is a tram that stops right outside the hotel and getting into the city is really easy - the trams run very frequently and we never had to wait long for one to arrive. The staff at the hotel reception were excellent, we arrived early before check in and it was no problem for them to look after our bags while we went off to explore the city and come back later that evening. They also looked after our bags when we checked out and were able to collect them later that afternoon before our flight. The rooms were very quiet and despite being on a busy main road, there was no traffic noise at all. Although the hotel looks quite far out from the city, it is actually a really good base to explore Munich....
