The fine print
Guests who booked the room with the breakfast option can bring up to 2 children (15 or younger) to the breakfast buffet free of charge. In addition, 2 children aged 15 or under can stay in existing beds of the room with the parents or grandparents free of charge.Guests booking the family room are required to inform the hotel in advance of the age and the number of the children staying. The hotel cannot guarantee availability to guests who fail to do this. I wish I could give 11/10 here. This hotel is absolutely stunning. It is decorated nicely and modernly. Seems like a new facility, too. The location is only 7-8 min walk from S-bahn station with no inclines. There are a few restaurants nearby, although you might wanna go to the city center instead (it is only 4 stops away with S-bahn). The room was huge and had it all: a minibar (everything in the minibar is free by the way), a water boiler, plenty of storage area, a great bathroom, very comfy bed, even an iron of its own. I had my room on 6th floor, so it was also overseeing the BMW Museum and Olimpia-turm from afar, but of course lower floors won't be the same. Breakfast was very very good (very close to "amazing"). International breakfast with a lot of varieties. They also didn't harrass me into checking out the minute the clock hits 12 pm. I was down 15-20 minutes late, but they were OK with it, which is another plus if you ask me. Most of the hotels are not that respectful. An absolutely no-brainer to choose this hotel, if you have the budget for it. It has it all...

Friendly staff and good facility. 2 stations away from Munich HBF. Quiet area and there is a grocery nearby. Good location.

First time staying at a Novotel and will definitely book this chain again. Breakfast choice suited all tastes - cold and hot. Great choice of protein, fat content and gluten free. All food was labelled clearly. Very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Lovely complimentary Rituals toiletries. Complimentary mini-bar, complimentary safe and iron and ironing board were added extras we didn't expect. Each day there was complimentary biscuits and fruit on reception. We purchased daily travelcard at the Reception desk in the hotel, which save us trying to work out the ticket machines. Excellent location to tram, buses and trains. Pet friendly and child friendly. Separate area with TV kids channels, games and toys to keep all ages entertained.
