This place has a very good location - U-bahn station is just 3 min to walk and in 2 stops you are in the city center. There are grocery shops and restaurants very close. There is air conditioning in the room which was perfect in the hot weather. Also the surrounding is quite calm and peaceful (only the church bells in the morning were loud). You can park the car in the yard for 20 eur per day. There is washing machine in the apartment.

Fausets and showers were broken, you could hardly get normal temparture from shower, it went suddenly to boiling hot or freezing cold. Towels were dirty. Couldnt contact the owner through app. Main lock of the door into the apartment was broken. And there was one old bread under the bed. Water was runnong trough from emergency exit. Location was brilliant and it was really quiet.

It is a big apartment with 3 toilets and AC that fits comfortably 6 people. 10 minutes away from Central Station and Metros. All house devices needed are available. Easy to negotiate and get in touch with the property. Parking available to reservation under payment.
