The location is excellent if you want to explore Munich and its surroundings. The hotel is practically set within the park, offering plenty of green space for walks, jogging, or cycling. We were traveling with our dog, and he absolutely loved the morning and evening strolls. Breakfast was very solid, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special highlight is the Italian trattoria right next to the hotel — authentic 100% Italian service, delicious food, and great wine. It’s also a perfect base for exploring the city. The metro station is about a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get into central Munich. In our case, we combined a visit to nearby Legoland with evening wanderings around Munich — a great mix. Definitely a place worth recommending.

The hotel has a quiet, park-like feel although it is close to apartment houses. The multi-lingual staff were very helpful and gave good instructions for parking in the underground garage. The apartment was basic, clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was excellent - hot and strong. We stayed for an extra night. The hotel is ten minutes walk from tram or underground stations.

At night staff was horrible not willing to help. The next morning the 2 Turkish girls were amazing really friendly and helpful. Location was good, didnt get proper parking instructions the night before. That staff member clearly didnt want to work.
