Location was good, close to main square Marienplatz. But there was one big problem, hotel was near tramway station and railway track and was too much noisy.

Very nice, cozy clean and modern room. Very central in Karlsplatz and 5 mins from main train station and main shopping street. Many restaurants and bars around. A/C works very well.
