It was a good location. Public transport links near by. Tram and UBhan Easily walkable within 15 mins to Karlsplatz Very near the Oktoberfest grounds where Tollwood Christmas Market was held. The second room was fine after asking to move from the original allocated one due to lack of daylight. Very cosy and warm even with no radiators on. The staff are mostly very personable and helpful. They did have gluten free bread available at breakfast but you need to ask for it as it’s cooked to order. Rooms were cleaned when requested once occupied. But they were spotless on arrival. There was a working fridge in the room.

The hotel was very good, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good with a good value for what they presented. The location is good, bus stop by the corner and the train station is about 10 minutes walking.

Huge bedroom and bathroom. Easy access to train station and public transport. I deal for Octoberfest!!! Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Would recommend to stay.
