The gentleman at the front desk who welcomed us, Mustafa, was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, sheets were crisp and white, the bathroom was clean, the towels were white and fluffy. Our room was at the back of the hotel, away from the main street so it was very quiet at night, we even kept our window open and didn't hear any noise. We were on the 5th floor, and they had a functioning elevator! The location worked well for us, about a half hour walk into the tourist area of Munich.

I stayed with my friend at this hotel in early January 2026. We liked everything about this hotel: the staff was always friendly, the room was comfortable + there was even a TV, the cleaning service came to us every day, so it was clean
