Clean room, decent breakfast, in 2-3 mins walk there's an U-bahn station and only took around 20 mins to reach the Hauptbahnhof. Feels much further by car. A business hotel that often serves people visiting the BMW factory and offices immediately opposite. A Greek restaurant around the corner had a great grilled seafood platter; a bakery at the corner had take-away salads etc. There's a bank on another corner for cash machines. My second-floor room was on the Frankfurter Ring road but traffic noise wasn't too bad and did not interrupt my sleep. Windows are currently double-glazed; I was told that in 2026 all the windows will be replaced with ones having even better noise insulation.

Location was great, You are entering the Metro Station ( Frankfurter Ring ) almost from the Lobby :)) Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable, rooms are very silent and I had great sleep everynight.
