Amazing location, right by the Bayerishe Staatsoper. In walking distance of basicaly the whole city center. I was worried about the digital keys, but everything worked smoothly and I had no problems getting in my room. The room was actually bigger than I expected, comfortable, had everything that I could need.

It is very close to Hofbräuhaus and Marienplatz. A quarter of the way to Hofbräuhaus is through a covered shopping alley. I made a video of the walk to Hofbräuhaus and it lasted 1 min 40 sec walking at a relaxed pace. The staff is exceptional: helpful and friendly. Nano, who received us even though self check-in is available, is an absolute star. Made us feel very welcome and cared for.
