Excellent Breakfast , variety of bread ,Yogurt cheese fruit. Feel like home table for everyone to choose and pick up. Dessert and some snacks ex. cracker and chocolate for pick up if you in case of hurry . We love this location too , you can jump on Tram 18, or 19 back to haupbahnhof in 2 mins and if you dont want to walk to marienzplatz tram 19 can take you there. I definitely be back here next time..

I loved the staff and their kindness! I had a few specific requests like to change the bedding additionally and to change the towels - they were super kind and helpful about it. I also had a problem with my phone and needed help connecting to the internet late in the evening and they were extra kind and helpful, also provided me with water and tried to figure out what is going on with me. The food was nice! It was a buffet, everything was tasty and everyday they asked if a wanted more coffee before the machine was closed (at the end of breakfast time). Location is also very convenient and the dog was so cute I almost cried… Will definitely be back!

Location was very good, as near the main railway station. Tram outside the hotel was also very good as it brings you to many parts of the city.
