Lovely vibe with fantastic staff. Really nice reception and bar area. Close to ubahn and loads of restaurants. The hideaway cocoon was an amazing room.

We had a good stay although the Italian lady working the breakfast area was quite rude and not welcoming at all to guests. She pointed at me and frowned for whatever reason and was bossing other colleagues around.... Very unprofessional person to have in this establishment and she did somewhat ruin our experience.
