First class hotel but not obviously so on arrival. Maybe they are just shy but finding the hotel which arises from an office block below is a little challenging. Once you recent 5th floor everything is impressive. A small and well planned boutique hotel with exemplary staff and bar. It lacks a defined restaurant and we opted to eat out rather than sample the breakfast and house menu, but other guests seemed to enjoy the fare. Very well positioned and most rooms have views across Marienplatz and the ‘Glockenspiel’. Highly recommended

The location is as good as it gets, right next to the Munich Glockenspiel - we had a great vantage point for the Corpus Christi service from the hotel. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel has an unusual design, consisting of 19 rooms across two floors, with the rooms on our floor opening onto the lounge/breakfast room. There is an exception library. Our room was compact but comfortable with superb sound proofing.
