It’s very nearer to the station Sbahn, tram and bus stops and easy to reach out to any location in Munich.

Very close to the train station so it's easy to get around. Very quiet area which suited me perfectly. Very nice mall with Kaufland grocery store very near the hotel. Nice coffee/pastry shop next door.

It's perfectly located between the Munich airport and downtown Munich, along the S1 line (or U-Bahn, for downtown Munich). Good price considering de distance to each.
