Quiet area with very good communications. U-bahn a few minutes walk away and tram right next door. Shops and restaurants all around. Central station and city center within walking distance (or take the tram). Modern elevator and everything clean. Noise from the tram can be heard, but it didn't bother me (this is in the middle of the city). Breakfast good. Very affordable.

Location, amazing breakfast (croissants, salad, salmon, cheese, ham,bread,, eggs, juice, cereals...), nice sized rooms with room to move around. Lift and stairs, very friendly staff.
