A very pleasant stay, definitely looking forward to staying at a&o again! Rooms were amazing and everything was easy to figure out! The staff was super kind, especially the girl that welcomed us when we arrived (I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) and Umar!! They provided us with all the information we needed and were very helpful! I really recommend staying at this place!! :D

During my hotel stay, I accidentally knocked my suitcase over my breakfast, making a huge mess on the floor. However, a female employee named "Asmaul" remained calm and composed, asking if I was hurt, calmly cleaning up the scattered food, and reassuring me with a smile not to worry. I was even prepared to pay for the damages, but she took care of all the cleanup and told me to go sightseeing without any worries. I tried to give her 10 euros as a token of my appreciation for her wonderful hospitality, but she refused, saying she was only doing what was expected of an employee. Thanks to Asmaul, I had a wonderful trip, and I think she is a truly amazing employee. I hope her excellent actions will be recognized by the company. I am truly grateful for her wonderful response.

Close to train station. Staff were welcoming and room was clean. Very basic but comfortable.
